Fisher Auction Company thanks you for your interest in the referenced matter pertaining to the Auction of a non-operating hotel and a vacant development site located in Pensacola, FL. The Auction was being conducted on behalf of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court via a Chapter 11 Debtor in Possession. The Court Order allowed the Debtor the opportunity to seek monies to pay off the secured creditor (Lender) in full. As of today, the Debtor was successful in obtaining the necessary funds to indeed pay the secured creditor.
Therefore, the Auction is hereby cancelled.
