Lamar, I just wanted to again thank you and your staff for your invaluable guidance and assistance in the sale of our property in North Palm Beach. As you know, we had a 26,000 sq. ft. commercial office building which we built in 1999 with a very nice view overlooking the waterway and Singer Island. When auction day came, the process was over in about 16 minutes and yielded a sale price exceeding any previous offers and was net of all fees; which the buyer was pre-committed to pay, along with an additional 1% which came back to us to reimburse the money we had put up for the advertising budget (which was a very aggressive and multimedia, national endeavor).
Due to the ultimate sale price (which was 33% above the bidding floor we, on your advice, had set) our reimbursement was nearly 70% above the advertising budget.
